Terms of Service

Effective date: August 7, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iReplyd, the personal relationship management service available at ireplyd.com and through our mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta service

iReplyd is currently offered as a beta. Features may change, be removed, or occasionally break, and the Service may be interrupted or unavailable. While we work hard to protect your data, you should not rely on the Service as your only copy of critical information during the beta. We may modify or discontinue beta features at any time.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications;
  • Upload data you do not have the right to store, or use the Service in violation of applicable law, including privacy and data-protection laws that apply to the contact information you import;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our infrastructure;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro and Business), billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans may include a free trial; you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page.

6. Your content

You own the data you store in the Service, including your contacts and notes. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you (including the AI-powered features described in our Privacy Policy). We do not sell your data.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or to copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as permitted by its normal use.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services you choose to connect (such as Google, Microsoft, Slack, and LinkedIn). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Connecting an integration authorizes us to access that service on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; you can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
